Collision reduction

Implemented full collision reduction, improved some elements of this system.
:OrangePoint: Ramming has been blocked.
:OrangePoint: Collision with voxel does no damage to grids.
:OrangePoint: Collision with +100m/s voxel
automatically converts the grid to a static grid.

Rebel Components

Component integrity (100▸1000) has been increased, blocks with this component will be more durable.
Damage on Dead Sun will not be so painful.
